Rene Bibaud—Founder

Rene began Ropeworks in the Fall of 2001 out of a desire to utilize and share her unique experiences from teaching, performing, touring, creating and rope jumping.  She founded Ropeworks, with a special focus on using the rope as a means to convey positive life messages.

Rene performs worldwide, combining her skills as an entertainer and articulate speaker to inspire, educate and entertain.  Rene provides opening and closing keynote addresses at a multitude of conferences and corporate functions, motivates youth in her highly-acclaimed school assembly program, and performs at special events such as NBA halftime shows, Cirque Du Soleil Specials and at other entertainment venues.

Rene is constantly working to increase her company's services by creating partnerships, developing curriculum, and expanding her product line.

Rene has given generously to her community and many causes through such efforts as promoting Jump Rope for Heart for the American Heart Association and serving as a board member for the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance.  She volunteers for Relay for Life, American Diabetes Association, and donates time and resources to the Boys and Girls Club and Community Learning Centers.
